1. Overview

This Shipping Policy governs the dispatch, delivery, and associated logistics of all orders placed through svvay.xyz (the "Site"). By placing an order with Svvay, you agree to the terms set out in this policy. This policy forms part of and should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.

2. Order Processing

2.1  All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. Upon successful placement of an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement by email. Please note that this does not constitute acceptance of your order or a guarantee of dispatch.

2.2  Orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays). Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2.3  We endeavour to process and prepare orders for dispatch within two (2) to five (5) business days of the Order Acknowledgement. During periods of high demand, promotional events, or limited-release drops, processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays to you by email.

2.4  Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

 

3. Shipping Destinations

3.1  Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

We ship to all residential and commercial addresses within Singapore. Deliveries are made via our appointed local courier partners. Standard domestic delivery is typically completed within two (2) to four (4) business days of dispatch.

 

3.2  International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Available countries and applicable shipping rates are displayed at checkout. International delivery timeframes vary by destination and are estimates only. Svvay is not liable for delays caused by international transit, customs clearance, or local postal services in the destination country.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country. These fees are outside our control and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Svvay does not collect or reimburse such charges.

 

4. Shipping Rates

4.1  Applicable shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping method selected. The total shipping charge will be displayed clearly before you confirm payment.

4.2  Svvay reserves the right to amend its shipping rates at any time. Any changes will be reflected at checkout and will not affect orders for which a Dispatch Confirmation has already been issued.

4.3  Where a free shipping threshold is offered, this will be stated on the Site and applied automatically at checkout upon satisfaction of the qualifying conditions.

 

5. Delivery Timeframes

5.1  All delivery timeframes communicated by Svvay, whether at checkout, in order communications, or on the Site, are estimates only. They are not guaranteed and do not form part of the Contract between you and Svvay.

5.2  Svvay shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or inconvenience arising from a failure to deliver within an estimated timeframe, where such delay is attributable to third-party carriers, adverse weather, customs procedures, incorrect delivery information provided by you, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

5.3  If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at svvay.co@gmail.com and we will investigate the matter with the relevant carrier on your behalf.

 

6. Delivery Address and Customer Responsibility

6.1  It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete, accurate, and accessible. Svvay will dispatch orders to the address submitted and cannot be held liable for failed or misdirected deliveries arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.

6.2  Where a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, any costs incurred in re-dispatching the order will be borne by you. We will contact you by email to arrange redelivery and confirm any applicable charges before proceeding.

6.3  If you need to amend your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us at svvay.co@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate amendments, but we cannot guarantee changes can be applied once an order has been prepared for dispatch.

 

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

7.1  Where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification card or send an electronic notification with instructions for redelivery or collection from a designated depot or locker.

7.2  It is your responsibility to follow up on any failed delivery notification promptly. Svvay is not responsible for items that are returned to us as a result of your failure to collect or arrange redelivery within the carrier's prescribed timeframe.

7.3  Where an uncollected parcel is returned to Svvay, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges will apply and must be settled before the order is re-dispatched. If you no longer wish to receive the order, we will refund the purchase price of the items only; original and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

8. Transfer of Risk

Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery, defined as the point at which the parcel is physically received by you or a person authorised by you at the delivery address. Svvay bears no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage occurring after this point.

Where a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us at svvay.co@gmail.com within forty-eight (48) hours of the reported delivery time so that we may raise a formal investigation with the carrier.

 

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival

9.1  You are responsible for inspecting your order upon receipt. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery where possible or noting the damage with the carrier at the time of receipt.

9.2  If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not correspond to your order, you must notify us at svvay.co@gmail.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, providing:

        Your order number and full name;

        A description of the damage, defect, or discrepancy; and

        Supporting photographs where applicable.

9.3  Failure to notify us within this period may affect your ability to make a claim. Claims reported after forty-eight (48) hours will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at Svvay's discretion.

 

10. Order Tracking

10.1  Where tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, tracking information will be included in your Dispatch Confirmation email. You may use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the carrier.

10.2  Svvay is not responsible for inaccuracies in carrier tracking systems or for delays in tracking updates. If you experience difficulty tracking your order, please contact us and we will assist you in liaising with the relevant carrier.

 

11. Delays Beyond Our Control

Svvay shall not be in breach of this Shipping Policy, nor liable for any delay in dispatch or delivery, where such delay arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, industrial action, government-imposed restrictions, postal service disruptions, or carrier operational failures. In such circumstances, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and work to resolve the situation with minimal disruption to your order.

 

12. Amendments to This Policy

Svvay reserves the right to revise this Shipping Policy at any time. The current version will be published on the Site with an updated effective date. Amendments apply to orders placed after the date of publication and will not affect orders for which a Dispatch Confirmation has already been issued.
